Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time will not result in a loss of your deposit. Instead, your deposit will be credited toward your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or failure to show, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
